Pet Odor Removal
Treating the source under the carpet, not masking the smell above it.
Pet odor is rarely a carpet problem. It is usually in the backing and the pad underneath, which is why surface cleaning and deodorizers stop working after a few days. We locate the affected areas and treat down through the carpet to the source.

Why does the pet smell come back after I clean it myself?
Urine soaks through the carpet into the backing and the pad underneath, and the odor comes from salts and bacteria down there. Surface sprays and rented machines reach the top fibers only, so the smell returns on the first humid day. Treating the pad level is what stops it.
Can pet urine damage be fully removed?
Odor can usually be neutralized. Staining is a different question: urine left for a long time can permanently change the color of the fibers. In severe cases replacing a section of pad is the right fix, and that is something to decide together after the area is inspected.
Which towns do we offer pet odor removal in?

Questions
Pet Odor Removal questions
How do you find spots I cannot see?
Dried urine is often invisible on carpet. Spots are located by smell, moisture detection and, where needed, UV light, then treated individually.
What do you use on pet urine?
A specialized enzyme treatment designed to break down the urine itself, applied down to where it has soaked in, rather than a fragrance that covers the smell.
What should I do right after an accident?
Blot, do not rub, with plain paper towels until no more moisture comes up. Avoid ammonia-based cleaners, which smell like urine to pets and invite them back to the same spot.
